พม.เชียงราย ลงพื้นที่เยี่ยมสถานสงเคราะห์เด็กศรีชุมพาบาล เป็นองค์กรเอกชนจดทะเบียนด้านการป้องกันและปราบปรามการค้ามนุษย์

สำนักงานพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์จังหวัดเชียงราย (พม.เชียงราย) นำโดย ดร.วินัย เก่งสุวรรณ พัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์จังหวัดเชียงราย พร้อมเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ลงพื้นที่เยี่ยมสถานสงเคราะห์เด็กศรีชุมพาบาล เป็นองค์กรเอกชนที่ขอจดทะเบียนเป็นองค์กรด้านการป้องกันและปราบปรามการค้ามนุษย์ในพื้นที่จังหวัดเชียงราย
การดำเนินงานครั้งนี้เป็นไปตามพระราชบัญญัติป้องกันและปราบปรามการค้ามนุษย์ พ.ศ. 2551 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพิจารณาความพร้อมขององค์กร และส่งเสริมบทบาทภาคีเครือข่ายในการมีส่วนร่วมแก้ไขปัญหาการค้ามนุษย์อย่างเป็นระบบ
ทั้งนี้ จังหวัดเชียงรายได้ดำเนินการรับรององค์กรเอกชนที่มีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนเรียบร้อยแล้ว พร้อมมอบใบสำคัญแสดงการรับรอง เพื่อให้สามารถดำเนินงานด้านการคุ้มครอง ช่วยเหลือ และฟื้นฟูผู้เสียหายจากการค้ามนุษย์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
การบูรณาการความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงานภาครัฐและองค์กรเอกชน ถือเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนงานด้านสังคม โดยเฉพาะการป้องกันและปราบปรามการค้ามนุษย์ ซึ่งเป็นปัญหาสำคัญที่ต้องอาศัยความร่วมมือจากทุกภาคส่วน เพื่อสร้างสังคมที่ปลอดภัยและยั่งยืน
Chiang Rai MSDHS Visits Registered Private Organization on Anti-Human Trafficking Efforts – Good Shepherd Youth Center

The Chiang Rai Provincial Office of Social Development and Human Security (MSDHS), led by Dr. Winai Kengsuwan, Provincial Social Development and Human Security Officer, together with relevant officials, conducted a field visit to a private organization applying for registration as an anti-human trafficking organization in Chiang Rai Province.
This initiative was carried out in accordance with the Anti-Human Trafficking Act B.E. 2551 (2008), aiming to assess the organization’s readiness and to strengthen collaboration among network partners in addressing human trafficking issues systematically.
Chiang Rai Province has successfully completed the registration process for qualified private organizations and has officially granted certification. This enables the organizations to effectively carry out protection, assistance, and rehabilitation services for victims of human trafficking.
The integration of cooperation between government agencies and private organizations plays a vital role in advancing social development, particularly in the prevention and suppression of human trafficking, contributing to a safer and more sustainable society.
