สถานสงเคราะห์เด็กศรีชุมพาบาล ให้ความสำคัญกับการส่งเสริมอาชีพและพัฒนาทักษะชีวิตของเด็กและสตรีในความดูแล โดยจัดให้มีการฝึกอบรมงานตัดเย็บเสื้อผ้าและเครื่องใช้ต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกมีความรู้ ความสามารถ และสามารถนำไปประกอบอาชีพได้จริงในอนาคต การเรียนรู้ผ่านการลงมือทำช่วยเสริมสร้างความมั่นใจในตนเอง ความรับผิดชอบ และการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น นอกจากนี้ ผลงานตัดเย็บของเด็กและสตรีบางส่วนยังถูกนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ภายในสถานสงเคราะห์หรือจำหน่ายเพื่อเป็นรายได้เสริม อันเป็นการปลูกฝังแนวคิดการพึ่งพาตนเองและการใช้เวลาว่างให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด
Good Shepherd Youth Center great importance on promoting vocational training and developing life skills among the children and women under its care. Training programs in sewing and tailoring are organized to equip participants with practical knowledge and skills that can be applied to future employment.
Through hands-on learning, they gain self-confidence, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. In addition, some of the sewing products made by the children and women are used within the Home or sold to generate supplementary income. This initiative fosters self-reliance and encourages the meaningful use of time, helping them prepare for a stable and independent life in the future.
